All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Return Policy
Unfortunately due to COVID-19, items cannot be accepted for
return or exchange, unless there was an error on our part or defects.
We are not able to accept cancellations of orders once they are placed.
We are not able to accept changes of any kind to your order
once your payment has been submitted.

Order Shows Delivered, Items Not Received:
Please contact your local USPS office for assistance with recovering
your misdelivered items. If they are unable to provide a solution or
recover your items, a claim must be filed directly with your local USPS office.
**Our company, nor USPS, is NOT responsible for items
shipped to an incorrect address you've provided.**
Damaged/Missing Items:
If it is clear that USPS is at fault for your damaged/missing items,
a claim must be filed directly with your local USPS office.
